GIFT CERTIFICATE RETURN/REFUND POLICY

G.R.E.A.T. Restaurants Gift Certificates may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Certificates may be applied to food, beverage, gratuity and sales tax. In the event the full value of the Gift Certificate is not redeemed on one visit, the restaurant will issue a new Gift Certificate for the unused value. No expiration date. No cash back on Gift Certificates. Orders placed are generally shipped the same or next business day. Orders sent by USPS First Class mail do not require a signature upon receipt. USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail will arrive signature required. We cannot be responsible for Gift Certificates lost in the mail unless the purchaser selects a signature required delivery method. We do not ship internationally, or to APO/FPO addresses.
